Create a crystal bracelet that’s uniquely yours. At CHASEYCHARM, we believe that every crystal tells a story—and your bracelet should tell yours. Our dedicated bracelet customisation service offers you the chance to co-create a meaningful piece that reflects your intentions and style, from our curated selection of crystals beads, freeform, and charms.

What to expect: 

  • First 5 minutes - Personal consultation to understand your preferences, needs, and intentions for your crystal bracelet 

  • Subsequent 5 to 10 minutes - Recommendation of crystals and bead size based on your intentions or colour scheme

  • The remaining 60 minutes will be for you to put together your design, from crystal beads,  freeform and charm selection, as well as to layout the beads to ensure that it is comfortable to wear. 

  • Packaging: Your bracelet will be thoughtfully packed in a pouch, gift box, and paper bag — perfect for gifting or a special treat for yourself.

Pricing:

  • Fee: SGD35 per bracelet
    (Includes materials for stringing, use of tools, and unlimited use of spacers available in 14k light gold-plated and silver-plated hardware. Sterling silver spacers are chargeable at a flat fee of $2 piece)

  • Beads and Charms: Charged separately based on your selection. 
    Choose from over 70 types of beads, including Premium beads, charms and freeform crystals available at special prices. Selection includes Devil Aquamarine, Hypersthene, Labradorite, Garden Quartz, Citrine and more! 

Appointment:

Each session is 75 minutes and is carefully scheduled, and we kindly ask that you be punctual so we can make the most of your time together. You may book for 1 person or bring along a plus one to experience this with you. 

Appointment slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays:

  • 7.15pm - 8.30pm

Appointment slots on weekends:

  • 12.15pm - 1.30pm
  • 1.45pm - 3.00pm
  • 3.15pm - 4.30pm
  • 4.45pm - 6.00pm

How to Make Booking:

Click on "Book Your Slot" to select your preferred time slot. Thereafter, click on "Add To Cart" to make payment of your customisation fee to secure your appointment. Do note that deposit is non-refundable.
  • Note: Each crystal is unique, showcasing its own natural patterns, inclusions, and variations. While we strive to provide images that reflect the actual product, your crystal bracelet may differ slightly from the product image, making it truly one of a kind.

Care Tips

Cleanse and Energise Your Crystal

Crystals absorb energy from their surroundings and may need regular cleansing to maintain their vibrancy.

  • Smoke Cleansing: Pass your crystal through the smoke of sage or palo santo.
  • Selenite Cleansing Bowl or Clear Quartz: Place your crystal next to or on top of it and leave it for at least 6–12 hours to allow the cleansing energy to work.

Using Your Crystal

  • Avoid exposing your crystals to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Storing Your Crystal

  • Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches.
  • Keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, especially for sensitive crystals

Sizing Guide

Ensuring the bracelet fit is simple with these steps. Follow this guide to measure your wrist accurately and choose the size that’s most comfortable for you.

You’ll need:

  • A soft measuring tape (preferred) or
  • A strip of paper, string, or ribbon, and a ruler

Using a Soft Measuring Tape:

  1. Wrap the tape snugly around the part of your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit. The measurement where the tape overlaps is your wrist size.

Using String or Paper:

  1. Wrap the string or strip of paper around your wrist at the desired position.
  2. Mark where the ends meet with a pen or pencil.
  3. Lay the string or paper flat against a ruler and measure the length and that is your wrist size.

Each designed bracelet comes with a drawstring pouch and a box.
