Hiring: Retail Sales Associate (Full-time & Part-time)

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Friendly, approachable, and loves engaging with people
• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus (but not required – we’ll train you!)
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining product stories
• Passionate about crystals, fashion, and self-expression
• Well-groomed, responsible, and punctual
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service to customers
  
• Share product knowledge and passion for crystals and styling
  
• Assist customers with styling, gifting, and customisation enquiries
• Handle sales transactions, POS operations, and daily cash handling
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
• Assist with store opening/closing duties 

Hours 

• Full-time position: 44 hours per week, 5-day work-week
  

• Part-time position: Hourly rate with chance of increment with good performance and review. On top of the hourly rate, there will be commission for every sale (same as our Full-time team's individual comms)
